Delivery Information

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you wait until all items have been delivered before arranging installation. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to late delivery by our courier partners.

All delivery prices are calculated in your basket. To get a clear view of the charge, add all the products you want to order to your basket, select the desired delivery option and delivery zone (You will not have to add your payment details to do this)

Delivery Options & Prices

We hold a large amount of stock in our warehouse, so we will do our utmost to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Some products are particularly large and bulky so it may not be possible to deliver them to some locations, such as high-rise properties or high slope roads. If there are any obstacles to delivering your order to your desired location, please mention it in the comments box during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel your delivery if you do not account for adequate acceptance.

Whilst we pride ourselves in meeting our delivery promises, we rely on third-party couriers to get your order to you so occasionally there are delays for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, we will do our best to advise you.

All our shipping is Free of charge on orders over £400 within the London (M25) Area.

Orders are received within 5 Working Days unless on back-order.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time once payment has been made.

Our own driver delivers all our items within London (M25) to guarantee the safe arrival of our products.

Please be aware that as our drivers are alone and are pre-loaded in our warehouse, we will require you or your builders to be onsite for the acceptance of our products on all orders.

For orders outside of the M25, we use an external shipping network. Once sent they will call you to arrange the delivery, but in most cases we will do that for you. 

Some of these companies may not have the correct vans in place so might not be able to deliver to your door, we might have to ask you to pick it up from the local depot (usually within 20 mins drive) however this is very rare.  

Most of our products weigh a considerable amount varying from 10kg to 280kg therefore it may need up to eight people to unload depending on the size and weight of your product.

We will not accept liability for any broken skylights during the unloading process as it is down to the customer to organise this process.

If the customer does not attend the delivery appointment, or no one is there to accept your product, we will try and contact you via phone and text, and voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery address.

If no contact is made, we will have no option but to return your product to our warehouse. Once returned to our warehouse, you will have to arrange a new delivery day via email, for which you will be charged additionally.

Return Policy promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:
The following items may be returned for a refund with 14 days of purchase:

  1. Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
  2. Defective merchandise.
  3. Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
  4. Merchandise that has not been installed.
    A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective. is not responsible for any labour costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, please inspect the package thoroughly and if the contents appear damaged, please refuse the shipment. We will do everything we can to have a new order rushed out to you. Return ship fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 working days.

Before placing an order, please make sure that you have chosen the correct unit size and have consulted your roofer in advance. If you have purchased the wrong size(s), we will have to cancel and refund the whole order. In this case we will deduct up to 2.9% transaction fee and in the cases when we have already sent your order, we will also deduct the return shipping fees. Please keep in mind that refunds are processed within 10 working days after units are returned to our warehouse.

Please note that we do not accept returns of custom made products, as they are made to the customer’s specification.
